I have been involved in a similar dispute involving my former spouse and son. Both lawyers have been involved and I have spent needless thousands of dollars on a basic property split that has impacted heavily on my emotional and physical well-being and health in general. I initiated contact to put a stop to this procedure which I consider 'gouging' on the part of the lawyers,one of whom I thought I could trust to support me in my needs. Apparently there is no emotion or empathy and making money is the attractive part of this ongoing litigious operation.
